finaly i'm not going up and down like a yo-yo
I was doing it for months, losing enough weight and then gaining it again after unadulterated feeding orgies. But not anymore, im' working out and each time i go to the gym i burn (not liying) about 1300 calories, so after that i can eat a decent amount of food (healthy food of course) and not gain weight, i'm not feeling hungry any more and even that way i keep losing weight ^ ^ ... keyword workout :P

What are you doing in the gym that burns 1300 calories?
I'm also curious to know what you're doing that burns that much, because that seems a little excessive.
With 30 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of lifting, I'm lucky to burn 500 calories at the gym, so I'd really like to know how she could be burning 1,300 unless she spends 2 and a half hours on the treadmill.
With 10 miles at 7 minute mile you can burn that much in a little over an hour.
Course not a lot of people can hold that, unless you're a real runner. But at a slower pace with some breaks, sure I don't see why not.
It's good to hear you're not going up and down like a yo-yo anymore. Last weekend I went to my grandma's house and gained like 5 pounds. xD I know some will be water and whatnot, but 4 days of Grandma's cookies, brownies and ice cream doesn't help.
