If you can find another health-conscious person who is more or less built like you and is around your age, that is great. You can share tips with that person to get to know how to lose weight with your body type (since his/her body type might be the same). You can also try different things and give each other some feedback. I think this should help with all of us losing weight, especially teenagers because I think the simple rules of calorie-counting don't work with teens as their minimum differs from the adult 1200 (female) and 1500 (male).

PPS: A fellow user, eve666, suggested that the best way to do this would be to start from the last page and work your way back. That way stats and goals will be more current, I suppose.

I'm 49, 5'4", 163 lbs, 38% body fat, female, medium frame, but I have no waist. I walk my dogs every day so I think that additional walking is not something my body recognizes as exercise because it is used to it. Now, if I STOPPED, then I'd gain weight. I feel like I'm consistentently exercising in an aerobic capacity at least 3-4x a week.

Only started last week with of weight of 164lbs, and lost 6lbs in the first week!! Must have been eating a hell of a lot of junk food!!Planning to get down to 140lbs then possibly 133 after that. New to this whole thing!! Just looked at yous stats and i would say we are pretty similar, i am 20 years, female,158lbs, 5"7 with a goal to get down to 140. so i think we are quite similar as our height are slighty different so that reflacts our start weigh and finish weight!!

I used to be super in shape and never was a pound over 125 until I turned 20, then went back down to 117 right before 21. The most I ever weighed prior to 22 was 135. I hit 160 this December and I'm going mad and want to get back down to my old size and back in shape!
