If you can find another health-conscious person who is more or less built like you and is around your age, that is great. You can share tips with that person to get to know how to lose weight with your body type (since his/her body type might be the same). You can also try different things and give each other some feedback. I think this should help with all of us losing weight, especially teenagers because I think the simple rules of calorie-counting don't work with teens as their minimum differs from the adult 1200 (female) and 1500 (male).

I mainly live a sedentary lifestyle, i don't workout religiously, though i do from time to time. I have an unlimited caloric intake, and iam a complete health nut. Mainly my day to day diet consists of: fruits, veggies, fish (tuna or salmon) , and whole grains. I eat absolutely no meat whats so ever, and rarely eat anything that has dairy in it. (maybe once a month max). I am not a junk food eater and i find mcdonalds an twinkies repulsive, i don't crave put ting anything so unhealthy in my body. I occasionally, mainly once a week, allow myself to splurge on extra fruit, bread, and 100% dark chocolate. My favorites are dried medditeranian apricots!
