If you can find another health-conscious person who is more or less built like you and is around your age, that is great. You can share tips with that person to get to know how to lose weight with your body type (since his/her body type might be the same). You can also try different things and give each other some feedback. I think this should help with all of us losing weight, especially teenagers because I think the simple rules of calorie-counting don't work with teens as their minimum differs from the adult 1200 (female) and 1500 (male).
Well, what's the harm in trying, eh?

Frame: I feel like I am "big boned" but according to a test I saw somewhere I am either of a medium or small build (I would bet on the medium frame..I just haven't seen it in years- haha).
Problem Area: MY BELLY! A lot of my extra weight goes straight to my belly. I feel very disproportionate, as my legs are not extremely big and my chest is very small, but my belly is enormous! Ya know, the whole muffin top phenomon? That is me, with regular jeans (not just low rise).
Anyone who has similar stats to me please add me as a buddy-- it will be nice to have someone similar in stats to talk to (esp. if you have a "belly" problem too haha).
In all posts, nobody is my twin. :(
