Anyone else having trouble hitting the amount of calories they tell you that's needed? If I eat 1200 or more, I feel like I'm eating too much. I read another post that discussed a person's body going into "starvation" mode. I think I understand a little better now. But it still seems like a lot. Does anyone else feel this way?
