FINDING FRIENDS - is there a search for friends?

My friend JULI told me about this site and gave me her user name, so I want to find her so i can add  her to my buddy list but I can't find any sort of search for user names. Is there a Friend Finder or something like that available that I'm just missing? I'm all for making new friends too but I want to find my already-friend too!

On the Home page, at the bottom, you'll see the Recent Members box, with pictures.  Under that you'll see "more members".  Click on that and it takes you to the friend finder screen.
