Finding Jeans for my long legs is IMPOSSIBLE!!
I am 6'1" and have a 36" inseam. I usually have to buy a larger size jean to get the length I need. It's crazy!
In the past 6 months I found a cut of Route 66 jeans that are long enough, but now I have lost weight and they are falling off my butt and, OF COURSE, the company isn't making them anymore. GAH!!!!! Does anyone know of any companies that sell jeans for long-leggers?

It totally depends on how much you want to spend, especially if you are still losing weight...you probably dont want to spend a lot on a pair of jeans that you dont plan on wearing very long. Lucky Brand makes all their womens styles in long and extra long. the extra long inseam is 36 1/2". Also on the more premuim denim side Joe's jeans makes a fit called the "twiggy", it is a really great basic bootcut jean in a 36" inseam. Lastly, 7 for all mankind makes their basic bootcut in a long which is also a 36" length. 7 and Joes are both available at nordstrom and shopbop.com, Lucky Brand has their own website and many stores across the country. Depending on where you live, they may even be available at your local macys. GOOD LUCK!
i'm 5'2" so i can't help at all, but i have a friend who is 6'0" and super skinny...she buys many of her pants at Gap (they have a tall section). she also occasionally buys pants in the men's section as she can custom fit waist and height. good luck!
elle10: Thanks, never been to any of those places. Also, I'm trying to go as inexpensive as possible. I'm still a college student who doesn't have much money.
aasil: I've been there, the jeans don't look right on me. They aren't made for my build. Thanks for posting though.
You could try Zafu to see if they have recommendations from existing brands for you:
OR.....design a pair of your own, just for you! (They don't look too pricey, depending on how fancy you want to get with fabric and pocket style...)

Good luck!
Try Eddie Bauer. I am 5'11" and those are about the only jeans I can find that aren't $100.
Thanks, sooo much everyone!
My problem is just the opposite. I'm only 4'10, and everything on the market seems to be made for much taller women. I could take them and have them hemmed, but so many jeans these days have cute decorative cuffs or tapering that is eliminated when you do the hemming.
Even petite clothes are too long. It seems the world is made for the "average" person and the rest of us have to do what we can do

its a uk website but it ships worldwide!
dawnblue, i'm definitely the opposite too! you know you're short when even the petite pants are too long haha =)
Man, can I relate. I haven't worn a pair of jeans (you just don't wear jeans here in Florida when it's summer.. :D) in a long time. I lost alot of weight, and after shopping today, I was shocked to find that I was a size 1 in jeans.
Look for jeans that sell in lengths or by 'short, regular, long' sizes. At JC Penny's, they had a buy one get one 0.88, and each pair was $30. Some of them still weren't long enough, though... ): Guess it's shorts and skirts until I find a good pair. Good luck to all of you!

I'm 6'1 too and I just love Marks Work Warehouse jeans (36" inseam). Gap makes some longer women's cuts, also.
I have the same problem, you should try anchorblue, the one here most of the jeans are between 25 - 50 dollars, but they have really nice stuff
Try ebay.....specifically, MJRsales. They sell Victoria's Secret returns, many of their items have a 36 inch inseam. Great values. They also have a website mjrsales.com
the gap's tall jeans and pants are available online only I think, but all are at least 36" there is also tall girl
I get my jeans at Alloy. They have some inseams around 37 and above.
I think they are having a clearance sale right now...

The buckel has jeans that long.
Sorry, I can't help ya, but I think it's funny that we have these issues on both ends of the spectrum...I'm 4'10" and NOBODY makes jeans that fit me either!
My little sister is only 5'10" but she has extraordinarily long legs and likes 37" inseams the best. She gets her jean from Alloy (mentioned by another poster) or Vanity. I'm only 5'7" but I guess long legs run in the family 'cause I need a 35" inseam; I also get all of my jeans at Vanity.
