First 'anti-stab' knife to go on sale in Britain...seriously??
Because people don't kill people, guns knives kill people. The first “anti-stab” knife is to go on sale in Britain, designed to work as normal in the kitchen but to be ineffective as a weapon.

What is wrong with people??
Watch out, the safety nazis are on the loose.
I wonder if there will be a rise in slashing crimes.
I totally want some of those, then when that time of month rolls around and I stab my DH, he'll totally be okay!
That is a little crazy. It is a stupid idea because in most cases of death caused by knives or sharp objects women stab more often than men, but men tend to slash. So according to that data this knife is an ineffective for killing husbands.

Harder to claim self defence or crime of passion.

And, if they are not, you can return them as "defective". Hehe.
They already did this hundreds of years ago, though mainly for the purpose of avoiding assassination in royal dinner parties. We call it the butter knife.

Ah, so I'm guessing this knife was thought up and is being sold by.... HUSBANDS!

I guess we'll just have to learn how to slash! ha
Well we still have forks.

Thank god for forks - otherwise, we'd never be able to control our husbands.
wow, i bet these could top a list of the most awkward wedding gifts ever!!
More awkward than condoms?
"Here you two - now go have fun, but don't you dare reproduce."
....WTF, next they'll have bulletless guns and pepperless pepper spray. If someone's going to kill somebody, they're going to do it regardless to the state of their kitchen knives.
I love how they're selling it for 40-50 pounds. So apparently only people who can afford the anti-stab knife can feel protected in their kitchen. Everyone else? SOL.
"It was invented by industrial designer John Cornock, who was inspired by a documentary in which doctors advocated banning traditional knives."
Is everyone a nanny over there? Are there any men left in England or did Parliment ban them too?
Seriously? Banning "traditional" knives? You can market this product with fervor if you want, but why ban "traditional" knives?
