I just went to counseling yesterday for the fatness, and she had a survival kit list of things to do when I want to eat. I'm still shopping, so I don't know if it works. Thanks for the good wishes.
Just stick to it and you will be fine. Don't give up.

spring is here!! grab a bottle of water and go for a walk.... you dont have to speedy walk to burn calories...... but it helps... anyway, take a walk and enjoy the trees, grass and all turning there colors! the dogwoods are in bloom here, and they are beautiful!! and smell awesome.... put your mind into the beauty and spring scents, i will help take your mind off food..... and you will feel refreshed! now i have a bonfire to build so i going outside now and drag some logs!! one by one...............
