Weight Loss

As of this morning, I'm down 20 lbs from my highest weight back in June. When I finally decided to get serious about it, it was easy! I eat 1500-1800 calories per day, walk the dog for about an hour, have some Ben & Jerry's almost every night, and the pounds are just peeling off.
I have another 20-30 lbs to go (I'm less hung up on the actual weight, than fitting comfortably into a size 8 again), but now I feel totally confident that I will be there before I know it.
So, hang in there everyone. It's totally do-able!

Congratulations!! As of today, I've been on CC for one month & lost over 10 pounds. Considering that I've only been doing very light excercise so far (broken foot), I'm really optimistic! Thanks for sharing your confidence. :)
Wow! 10 lbs in a month is awesome! I think I kind of defeated myself for a while because I didn't have time for more exercise than my dog-walking, and somehow told myself that I just wouldn't be able to lose unless I could do more. While the exercise is important- the calories-in-calories-out principle is even more so!
Hooray! Good for you! You go girl! Keep up the good work!
Congrats! Keep at it and you'll be there before you know it!
