My first post and my first recipe (chicken tacos).

Hello.

I've been using this site since the 18th of June and have found it extremely helpful so far.

I've just tried the recipe analyzer for the first time and thought that as a thank you (and for some guidance) someone could take a look at it.

I made these tacos tonight after a couple of days of searching for ideas on the internet and finding the ingredients (I live in Thailand so not that easy). After eating them I felt the most full up I have felt since beginning my diet. I find it hard to believe that in both of them together there are just over 400 calories. What do people think?

Ben

You did a great job putting in the ingredients and units of measure, and your instructions are clear.  I love it!

What's not to like about a taco?  You made it healthy too.

It is very helpful to everyone when someone takes the time to enter a recipe like that and then post the link. Thanks!

It's also a great way to find out how to reduce calories in your own favorite foods. Do you have any Thai recipes you can make healthy and then post?
