The first day of the rest of my life!
Hi, my name is Vanessa and I am ready to get started. I have been struggling with these 20 lbs that I cannot loose. Trust me, I have done it all...pills, shakes, vegetarianism, low carb, etc and I always end up in the same place; a Chinese or fast food restaurant. I am exhausted of sabotaging myself every time I lose about 5 lbs. I get so comfortable and I am right back to eating as I was before. Well, I am 5'4 (maybe 5'3) and weigh 140 lbs. Though this is not a bad weight, I would like to reach a healthier weight of 115-120 for both, my health and my appearance. So I decided that this past Monday was the first day of the rest of my life.
I have decided to do the Atkins diet, starting with almost no carbs and finishing with the correct number of carbs for my metabolism. This is my first week and so far I am actually doing pretty well. BUT, i cannot wake up to go to the gym!!! I absolutely cannot go to the gym in the evening due to my schedule so I must get to the gym around 5-5:30AM to get a good 1.5hr work out. What can I do to help me with this problem?
