First time dieter... Unhealthy or ok?
I could ask for all your stats to tell you, but instead I'll steer you to the great tools on this site - go to the "tools" tab, and look for the "calorie target" link and there is a simple form to input your stats - the number of calories it gives you for your information may seem high to a lot of people at first - but it's something you can live with long term while you lose weight, and it WORKS and at a safe pace.

Hi John, I think we can help but we need to know what height are you and how much do you currently weigh?
Your diet seems healthy above but maybe too few calories for your age, sex? The rule of thumb for men is to eat no less than 1500 calories a day. And this is the bare minimum for a small man if you did absolutely NO exercise whatsoever (I eat 1500 calories a day and lose and I am a 105lb 5'1" female who is older than you!). Without knowing you, and going instead by general guidelines for young men your age, I recommend that you increase your calories a bit. You might find you lose more that way and you are certain to stay in great health while doing so.
Have you used the Tools on this site to calculate how many calories you burn every day (your Expenditure) and how many calories you should consume to reach your desired weight (your Target Calories? This is the power of Calorie Count and will enable you to calculate how many calories you need to consume to reach your specified target weight. It worked for me!!!
Also, have you consulted the Calorie Count Plus resident expert Nutritionist page? There is a wealth of info there.

and i think your diet plan is fine, your calorie intake kinda balances out the no time for excercise
