First Time Mommy And Eating Healthier Than Before
For the past week and a half, I've been eating much much more healthier than before. Is there any connection between healthy eating and how much your baby moves and kicks? I've noticed that my baby girl is becoming VERY active now. For the past couple days, she's been moving a very significant amount more than usual. Today for example, she has been kicking me for hours! Usually she'll have long rest periods and short active periods but today is totally different. I understand I'm quite far along (29wks 3d) and that the farther along I get, the more she'll move. I'm just wondering, has any other moms noticed the baby gets more active the healthier you eat?? I'm thinking I'm giving her way more energy now and she's loving every bit of it. lol
I'm not sure that there is a direct correlation, but it certainly won't hurt to eat as healthy as you can!
And you are right, the father along you get, the more you will feel the baby move around.
I am from the position that the emotional and physical state of the mother dictates that of the baby. The baby is, after all, a part of your body right now.
It is quite possible that the baby feels better because you do!
