Hello! Last week Sunday I joined here and have been diligent in logging my calories and activity. I'm proud of myself for having stuck with it so far. Correct me if I got this wrong, but I think I remember hearing somewhere that it takes 13 days to form a habit? If so, I'm on my way!

I've been tracking my weight daily as well, and got a little frustrated when I saw it bounce up and down. As I look at my chart today, though, I see that over the course of this first week, I'm down about 1.5 pounds this week! (a little hard to be certain of the total due to what I consider to be an imprecise scale) I'm willing to watch the daily fluctuations now since I can see the trend is down!

To start off Week 2, I'm walking the 10km Terry Fox Run with my husband this afternoon!
