Okay I'm a Vegetarian, but I'm eating really unhealthy. I mean mostly peanut butter, and bread. I'm looking into eating fish.
What types have the highest nutritional value and taste? Any good recipes?

Tuna - I love tuna
One can of tuna with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and some chopped carrots and celery makes tuna salad..
Salmon -
Great broiled. Pairs well with dill and soy sauce/terraki (sp?). Serve with rice.

Sushi - This is soo good. Try getting something with salmon in it. I like the JB rolls, which are cream cheese and salmon.
Hope that helps. It can be pretty hard eating all vegiterrian. Whenever I go to the grocery store, all I buy is diet soda (TaB), sweet 'n low, and my baking needs.

I picked up the Tuna Rolls for sushi, and Shrimp. I hope it's good.
Cod is WONDERFUL! I just bake it with a squirt of lemon juice and a ton of dill. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes. It's a "meaty" fish, meaning it's got some moxy. It's got a mild flavor, not fishy at all. I've known people who DIDN'T like fish who DID like Cod.
SOme people dont like the smell of tuna. You can boil it in water to get rid of the smell. I like Tuna and salmon on pizza. Make your own of course.
And cod here isnt nice. :( But its just here.
Flake is actually shark and is bonless. I like it.
You can so so much with fish. If you want to "start" try adding it to recipies rather than grabbing a whole fish and chomping. Eg. tuna samwchieswith HEAPS of salads. Or in bakes. Or with pasta and tomato-based sauces. Or in stir fries (yum yum!!)

Tuna should NOT have a smell when fresh, no fish should for that matter and it should be a brilliant pink color.
I'm a huge fan of tilapia and mahi mahi, a lot of people are picky about white fish. (I hate grouper and cod)
If you can find it (Wal Mart has it occasionally) Hoki is awesome.
