Im not sure what my fitness level is. I jog for 30 min Mondays and Fridays. Wednesday I go skating at the rink for 1.5 to 2 hours. Tuesdays and Thursdays kinda depends on the weather. I will either kayak for 2-3 hours or ride bike for an hour or 2. When Im not doing those things I am almost a part of the furniture. I just got laid off a month ago but I have had sedentary jobs since I graduated college.
I think Im in the light category but I might be on the edge of moderate.
i just put myself as sedentary and add ANY exercise on :p nto sure how I would work it out otherwise.

I do the same as this. If not, I'd run through it once on sedentary, and find out your calorie level. Then take a week's worth of activities, and average them out to a daily amount. Add that to your sedentary level, and then find an activity level that comes close to that. If that makes sense at all...

In most peoples' opinions, it is most accurate to set your daily burn as sedentary and then log any specific activities - i.e your jog or bike ride. Because this takes into account your actual daily activity level (not an imprecise average) you may also find it an incentive to stay active each and every day in order to burn more!
