Fitness Model Program?
Has anyone heard of it? It was created by Jennifer Nicole Lee, an author on bodybuilding.com, and I have been interested in it for some time now!
I was just wondering if anyone had opinions/thoughts on it :)
Thank you much!
i'm not familiar with it but i am OBSESSED with this website (figureathlete.com) and they have so many good articles to help you and motivating pictures of RIPPED girls that make me want to stay on track. this doesn't help with your OP but it's a great site.
Oh yeah! I love that site too! I like to browse the articles when I have nothing to do =) The pictures are so inspiring!

I have a feeling I'm continuing a hijacking of this thread, but... Some of those images are so totally airbrushed. :( Especially this one, it's incredibly obvious (I've done my fair share of photomanipulation, and this isn't even good work). Why is a supposed 'fitness and health' website promoting unrealistic, and downright impossible physiques?
Erm, to keep this on topic, I have no idea what the Fitness Model Program is, but I'll certainly check back later to read other's views on it. :)
About the fitness model program by jnl... I haven't tried it cause it's expensive but i found this website where all jnl appearances are featured, and there are some of the excercises included in the fitness model program for free, it's over here:
Hi everyone,
I was browsing for fun trying to see if there were other people talking about jnl's program and wanted to join the discussion. I actually just signed up here right now when I saw this post. Anyway, about the fitness model program. I bought it last year and I have been quite pleased with it. What I liked about it is that Jen didn't leave anything out, it's 150 pages long so there's a lot to read but there are also a lot of pictures describing exercises so it's not that overwhelming. The only thing i didn't like is that the book is really not well formatted, since there's a lot of content, I think she could have made a better job with her titles, sections to organize it well. Also the text is in pink which is not easy for the eye. In short the content is good, but jnl really knows nothing about writing books that are easy to gentle to the eye, you'l have to print it out to make it better.
If you can get around that though, you'll find that the price is relatively "justified". She talks about her formula for succeeding at being like fitness model which is be your B.E.S.T - Beauty, Exercise, Supplement & Time. You know, after I read it, and applied it, that's when I understood why she called it "how to look like a fitness model without being one". Cause at first that title didn't connect with me. She called it like that really because she oultlines each and every little thing she does to look great. From makeup, to tanning, to teeth-whitening, to fitness, to weight-lifting, to time management, to getting rid of cellulite etc. Kudos for that, she nailed it. The most important thing I learned from it, and what you should remember too since you're reading this, is that there's no such thing as being on diet. I used to think i would just go on a diet lose weight and voila! I was wrong. Now that I look at like my whole lifestyle, like that's just how my life is, and I've made exercising part of my daily habits, I've seen results. And as long as I keep it part of my life, I'm not going back. I have bought other ebooks before and even if some of them helped, I felt they weren't complete in many ways.
Anyway, this is getting long. If you buy it, I'd recommend you look around, there are some websites that are offering bonuses when you purchase the fitness model program from their websites, i got mine from fitmoms.weebly.com and got a free dvd shipped to my house, which was cool.
Last note, maybe this isn't the place to ask, but what are the great things I can do here on caloriecount.com? I'm a newbie...
