I'm 15 and looking for a good work out plan for myself. All the ones i've read I can't do because when i go to the gym I have to do as the instructors tell me until i'm 16 and between exams and coursework i don't have much time on my hands. Anyone know any effective fitness plans I could work into my time table?

Im 18 but if it helps The Learn to Run program helps. I am doing that right now Im on my 3rd day tomorrow I tried running yesterday but my leg hurt too much itll be fine tomorrow though. It makes you feel great.
