Fitness = Stretching??
On FitTV's show All Star Workouts, instructor Michelle LeMay has a 'stretch fusion' episode; it is one hour. I did it and didn't even break a sweat but did feel stretched out afterwards. That was the only exercise I did that day (last week). Should I have done more ... or did this actually count towards my daily workout?

Depends on what your goals are and what your normal weekly routine is. A stretching routine is good for your body and muscles, but generally, it's not going to burn a significant amount of calories and build/tone muscle for you by itself, if that's what you're asking.
Without knowing what "stretch fusion" is supposed to be, it's hard to answer with a straight "yes" or "no."
