Flabby triceps, but toning up everywhere else

Quote  |  Reply

Hi everyone

I just need some advice and wondering if anyone else has experience this.  I have been undertaking a weights program for the last couple of months and I now actually have muscles in my shoulders, legs and biceps.  However, its now made the flabby (chicken wings) look of my triceps even more noticeable.  My weights workout consists of 2 different tricep activities so I dont know what else I can do.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I'm in the same boat. I work out 3-5 times a week. 3 weights days. My exercises consist of about 2-5 different triceps exercises throughout the week. I have noticed a difference in my triceps and I did my measurements on monday and have lost a good 2 inches at least in my arms alone (not sure exactly at the moment). They are still hanging and large but they always have been. I was looking at them last night after doing my exercises and noticed that even though I still have the hanging skin I am building the muscle underneath. Skin is elastic. It will go back it might just take a little longer depending on how bad it is. Mine have been this way ever since I can remember (Ive been overweight by a lot since I was 5.) Maybe look into a couple of other exercises that you can add and dont get discouraged. It will happen. It might just take a little time.

Check these out. Maybe they will help a little.

Good luck,
