Have you seen or tried the new flatout multi-grain with flax? Well here's the facts-

100 cal.,   280 mg Sodium, 9 grams Protein,  8 gram Dietary Fiber, 17 grams Carbs.

Thanx for the idea! I'm going to pick some up the next time I'm in the grocery store!

I love that Costco sells Flatout. I freeze them and pull them out as I need them. I keep meaning to try pizza with them but I always forget to buy sauce and low fat cheese.

I like to put a fried eggwhite and taco sauce rolled up in those flatbread wraps for breakfast.
