hey guys.
i need to have a flatter stomach in a week. now im not looking to lose pounds or several inches off my waist, i just need some quick fixes to stop my belly jiggling when im wearing a bikini! im 5"3 and 128lb. im fairly happy with this as my legs and arms are perfectly toned but i have developed a bit of a belly over the last year.
so if you could tell me some exercises or diet tips that would be great!
avoid bulky veggies that cause gas like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and brussel sprouts.
limit your salt intake.
drink plenty of water. eat healthy fats like avocados and nuts.
do reverse crunches, crunches, leg lifts, planks, and the captain's chair if you can
in a weeks time though i don't know how much of a difference you'll see. Good luck though and i hope this helps :)
there is no healthy way to do it that fast.
