Flavoring Milk

Quote  |  Reply
I bought half a gallon of soy milk without remembering that I hate milk.  How can I flavor it without adding too many extra calories?

I'm dying to get my hands on these straws, but I'm having trouble finding them

Cocoa and splenda? Just look up diet recipes with milk - you can replace the soy one for one.
How about soy custard. You just boil the soy, add cornstarch, vanilla and (if you want) splenda. I have it plain, with cinnamon on top.
Put in smoothies with strawberries? Free it into icecubes, or freeze up fruit and blend, for brekkie.
How about baking with it?
PS sippas arent that great. We have them in aus. You have to drink fast-fast-fast, or it tastes like gross, so after you skulled the milk you feel sick anyway.
How about sugar free coffee flavours? We dont have them in Aus, but HG is always talking about torani syrups
You could eat it with cereal, make low calorie versions of 'cream of' soups (it makes an awesome tomato soup!), mix banana slices in with cinnamon for a sinless dessert..

Cinnamon is a great way to flavor it. Not only does it have very few calories for its big bang taste, but it's high in fiber and iron!
I LOVE sipahs. They are amazing.

I get them at Walgreens... that's the only place I've been able to find them.

15 calorie gooodness.
I love the frozen smoothie idea!  Gotta try it!
