Low carb flax flatbread

Recipe Ingredients for Flax Flatbread, Low Carb

32 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
5 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.33 cup Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Flax Flatbread, Low Carb

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Prepare a 10x15 pan with oil or oiled parchment paper

  3. Mix dry ingredients well

  4. Add liquid ingredients and mix well

  5. Let batter sit 2-3 minutes to thicken

  6. Pour batter into center of pan and spread toward the outside, leaving an inch around the sides of the pan

  7. Bake for 20 minutes, until the top springs back to the touch

  8. Cool and cut into desired size pieces, usually 8 to 12
