Any twins out there? I need to get down to 109 (which was pre-pregnancy) weight....currently doing cardio(walking) 2-3x a week and weight lifting (upper body) 2x a week.....although I may have lost inches.....still have major belly fat. Although i try to eat healthy...I do sneak gummy bears or gum drops here and there. I also have the occasional glass of red wine. Any suggestions on losing the extra weight?

poca - I'll keep you posted on how this week turns out. I weigh myself again on Saturday. Oh how I would love to even see 112.5. I feel like the number 13 is taunting me now : ) I was really hoping to hit 110 by Wednesday of next week when I go to see my boyfriend off to Afghanistan. ( I want his last images of me to be good ones ; ) But it would take drastic measures to try and lose 3 lbs in a week and I'm sure that wouldn't be healthy or good for my body.
hettyanne, I know what you mean about still looking flabby. I still have a bit of flab on my belly that I can't seem to get rid of and all the crunches in the world aren't doing the trick. I'm sure I need to just stick wth the ab workouts, but man do I hate them - I would rather do another hour of cardio than do 10 minutes of abs. As for your supplement idea - I have never taken them so I can't really give you a good opinion on them.
