I use the (accurate) scales at my OHs house and weigh myself on saturday mornings when ive stayed over so before breakfast.

This saturday..maintaining 120lb at 5ft 5 great =)

I try not to weigh myself on any other days as i come over to his house after i have eaten so it may have come up with an inacurrate result but i was having one of those crappy days (ttom next week) so weighed myself

122? Im trying so hard to maintain that this is really stressing me out,im not eating any more so how can this be

Shall i just stick to weighing Saturday mornings only? Do you find fluctuations this depressing?

I know this seems really trivial its just im trying really hard!! Cry Its like whats the point y'know?

I had a baby eight weeks ago.  I, too, only allow myself to weigh on Saturday mornings.  It's frustrating to see a weight GAIN or no weight loss for three weeks when all I do is exercise, breast feed, and count calories.  

Im still not sure what weight to choose though? I mean it could be due to TTOM im usually 120lbs so that extra 2lb could be bloat?

I just dont want to wait until Sat and see 122lbs :( when ive been eating fine

Sounds a little obsessive to me, but I'm a guy, so what do I know. I don't think I've actually weighed myself in 6 months but I know my waist has gone down 3 inches, but I've put on 8 lbs over than same time period.......to me that is success.
