I probably have a lot of bad crap in my body from when I wasn't treating it very well. I drink lots of water now and eat waaay better. Will those toxins leave eventually or should I try one of those toxin flushing drinks? Any advice is great!

All that detox stuff is hype and rubbish. Your body is designed to deal with 'toxins' effectively. Its what your liver and kidneys do. Just eat well, drink fluids and take some exercise - your body will do the rest.

You might want to talk to a nutrionist or other professional before 'wasting' your money instead of getting rid of your 'waste' to have a slimmer waist.  Ok, I know enough of that.

I, like you have abused my body for years in many different areas.  And I am chronically constipated and know, if one of these could and would work I would spend the money.  If you do get more information that you find suitable, please let me know.

As was said by artytim, drinking lots of water and exercise is important.  However, if you're like me and your problem is chronic, I think something more invasive might be needed.   Ask around before you go into your wallet, though.  Personally, I am still looking for the person I believe has the experience.

Good luck, and once again let me know.   You can go to my profile and send me a message from there, OK?

You're already 'de-toxed'....   It takes the liver about 1 hour to process a unit of alcohol, for example -  a genuine nasty.   If you've been eating better and drinking more water for a while, and if you don't have any symptoms that are concerning you, then you're fine.   If you do have any medical problems (poor digestion, chronic pain, dizziness.... )  talk to your doctor.   Either way you don't need special drinks.

Detox diets are nothing more than fad. As said, your body is designed to "detox" you naturally. You don't need any special cleanses, diets, or products of any other nature to detox your body. Drink plenty of water, get light exercise and relax. If you are having symptoms of something, and they are severe, speak to a doctor - but beyond that, do not worry yourself over the need to "cleanse".
