Turkey and chicken meatballs

Recipe Ingredients for Flying Meatballs

16 oz Ground Turkey
16 oz Ground Chicken
2 egg All Natural Farm Fresh Eggs Large Egg
6 clove Garlic
4 oz Onions
0.5 cup Parsley
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 cup Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Flying Meatballs

  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat the eggs, and then add all the other ingredients to a large bowl.

  3. Wash your hands. Then, mix all of the ingredients with your hands until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Shape into approximately 24 2 oz. meatballs, 1 1/2" in diameter and space evenly on baking sheet.

  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
