What food are you ashamed to admit you used to eat all the time?
Since I've started counting calories, I realized just how bad my old lifestyle used to be, and I just thought about the worst thing I used to eat, and was curious as to other's weakness had been.
Anyways, I used to work at Wendy's (thank god i quit), and I would eat a Double Cheeseburger with bacon combo, with fries, and ice tea. I'd say I ate that around 3 times a week. I just went on their website, and ta-dam : 1270 calories. And I still had two other square meals !!
So what's everybody else's worst enemy?
It doesn't "throw me off" because I hardly ever go over my calorie limit, but I have chocolate ice cream every day unless we run out. I don't pig out on it, that's why I can have it so often and it doesn't effect me.

Chocolate! haha, I wait until after dinner, look at the number of calories I've eaten, then have just a few pieces.. It keeps me happy and my weight stays down!

Let's see, has to be anything from Taco Bell - I once ordered a taco salad, burrito supreme, crunchy taco, an apple empanada, and a DIET Pepsi. Oh man, my stomach is hurting just thinking about it. Bleh! I don't even want to know how many calories that came to. ![]()
Edit: I did save some calories by getting a diet pepsi, though. Oh, and have to mention cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. I sorta miss it... yeah, I do. ![]()
I used to eat two cheeseburgers with medium fries at McDonalds at least twice a week. Sometimes when I was hungry I'd get two DOUBLE cheeseburgers with medium fries..wow. 310 calories per cheeseburger and 480 for one double cheesebuger, and then fries. Yeah, that's a lot of calories.
I also used to eat like 3-4 slices of pizza and still want more, WOW. Oh, and I used to eat a whole entire roll of crumpets and English muffins in a day. And waffles, those were good.
I would eat an ENTIRE medium PAN crust pizza from Pizza Hut in one meal.
(worked there for 5 years though.....I had to work up to that from a personal pan.)

I used to come home from school and eat oreos with peanutbutter, hot fudge, caramel and a piece of banana on top. Or just eat peanut butter off a spoon. I would eat until I would explode and it would't matter if I was full. Its weird to think I'm actually doing better! And of course chocolate is still a problem, but I gave away an 800 calorie chocolate bar I got from a party today. I could have kept it and ate it but ALAS, I have will power now!
UGH!! I am pretty much horrified by most of my previous eating habits but top of the list of bad bad bad would be a Whopper with cheese AND bacon, king size onion rings with sauce, and a diet coke. Or a Baconator with biggie fries, and a frosty. OR a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and large fries. Worst of the worst though, Large Steak and cheese sub with Mayo and tomato, with a side of deep fried mushrooms with ranch dipping sauce, followed by baclava for dessert. I bet I have eaten all of those in a single week!! (I am happy to report, it has been over two months since I've had any of them.....yay me
)

Edit: Just remembered being a regular at Outback Steakhouse. I'd always order the Alice Springs Chicken with a loaded baked potato and a house salad with honey mustard. I always ate the bread with lots of butter. Sometimes, I ordered the blooming onion if I was with some other people; and occasionally I would also get a dessert. Oh my!
Oh i guess mustly fast food crap!
I used to love KFC chicken so mush... Then there was Panda Orange Chicken.. and Chinese Food too (since i started diet 5 weeks ago, the thing i had been craving more had been chinese food, but I havent got any ;D)...
Oh and Whoppers too.. If I was hungry at night, i end up with a Whopper.. If i was really hungry, then it was a double whopper with bacon and cheese.
Mcdonalds; bleh used to eat it like 6 times a week; I cant even look at the place anymore. haha. now, if i am lucky i can get away with eating there like once a month; I'd like for the place to just get torn down! lmao. i HATE mcds. EWWWWW
Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies. I used to just eat that all day long. No real breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most recently, See's Chocolates have been my downfall. I was eating that all day til the box was gone. Now that it's gone I'm broadcasting to anyone that'll listen that I don't want to look at chocolate for a long time.
totaling an unreal 1600 calories. in one sitting. i can't even fathom how i did it!
haha Maryfway, I worked at Wendys too!! lol I would get fries all the time and dip them in honey sauce. ugh oh and spicy chicken with cheese and bacon...I would NEVER do that now..haha unless I had a horrible craving.
besides those, I used to drink like 3 mountain dews a day and ramen noodles were just my snack. I had a horrible diet before.
I quit Wendy's this summer, I was going back to school. I haven't been back, and don't plan on going back. hehe
I worked at Wendy's too.. Bleh.. I used to come home smelling like bacon every day.. the dog wouldn't leave me alone! haha And their food hasn't appealed to me since.
All through high school we'd go to Applebee's about every weekend during the fall (after football games). I pretty much always got a Mountain Dew and boneless buffalo wings dipped in ranch. MmmmMmmm cholesterol goodness. I won't lie I would still probably eat it...but not every weekend!
dairy queen's oreo blizzard's. sonic's hot fudge sundae w/ cake. wendy's frostee. basically all the ice cream treats that i had to beg my mom to buy me 3-4 yrs ago and now refuse to eat.
