Food in class...2 bite brownies? how much?

Quote  |  Reply
So, I recently started grad school (tonight it my 3rd class). My teacher always brings in "treats" for everyone in the class because it is late at night and wants everyone to be relaxed and enjoy themselves. Normally I am so good about not snacking after dinner (I get home from work at like 7:20, eat dinner, hit the gym (or the couch) and then off to bed with no snacking. However, when the food is right in front of me, I can't help it!

She usually brings in a bunch of things, and I can stick mostly to the fruit (usually raspberries) but she also brings in Two Bite Brownies from Whole Foods (SO GOOD). Does anyone know how many calories these have? I allow myself to have one or two...but I just don't want to find out that I am packing on an extra 500 calories or something from them.

Thanks!

I think like 80 calories for 1 or 2 not too sure.

Link here.

Just googled it and it looks like you're getting about 190 calories or so.

ok not too bad...but maybe i will just stick to one.

thanks for the help
the 2 bite brownies over here are 200kcal
Those things are so bad but so tasty! You really want more than two bites :)
my bf had bought some recently from whole foods and they were 80 cals a piece making 2 brownie bites 190 cals

80 + 80 = 160

We had those at my work teh other day.  They were 130 calories each!!!

I was amazed...2 bites my butt.  I woudl need to have at least 20 to equal that many cals!

ahh! the calories keep going up with these it seems.  I resisted them however, my teacher brought in wine so I had about 2 ounces of that and a few raspberries.

but my goodness, they looked good...she also brought in two-bite blondies!
Wow I wish my professors would bring wine into class!! lol
