About Us
In our group we have daily challenges to keep our diets on track or to make sure we get a good nutrition grade while feeling as healthy as will look. We all have one ultimate goal between us all, and that is to be healthy and happy. So why not help one another meet that goal?

Today We should do something for our colon for once, have a bowl of bran with milk for breakfast and snack on a couple apples throughout the day, have some apple sauce or chips and salsa, get that lazy colon up and moving! Oh and ease it out, drink a gallon of water throughout your day too! Get to it, chop chop!!
