How much food do you eat in a day?

Just generally speaking, would you say you eat a lot? Today I felt like I ate like a horse, yet I'm still under my limit. Go figure.

Depends on the day for me.  Some days I eat non-stop and still don't feel satisfied when I go to bed.  Generally though, those are the days I'm PMSing.  And then other days I can eat like... a pudding snack and a carrot stick and feel completely full.  D:  This probably is one of the reasons I am trying to lose weight now.  *le sigh*

I eat a lot too!

A LOT. Not including water (I can drink as much as twenty-five cups daily - it's hot out here now, and I work out), probobly several pounds of food.
I eat a ton.  So much in fact that whenever I post on the "What did YOU eat today" threads, I always leave a few things out because otherwise I would sound like such a pig.  But I am active so I need the calories!

i usually eat around 5-6 meals a day (every three hours). it feels like i eat a lot!

I used to eat very little, but now I'm maintaining a healthy weight and eating plenty of healthy, nutritious foods! :) I don't count calories (the whole concept has become a little obsessive for me personally, and I'm so glad I could quit), and I eat three big meals a day with 1-2 snacks if I get hungry.

I eat a lot! Mainly on weekends when I'm home alone with food. Especially now that it's so hot and there's all this ice cream! Oh well. On the week days I tend to eat less.

I would say A lot, most of it I try to make high bulk, but I definitly cannot go more than 4 hours without something.

Ratinhat I do that too, when I write up a food log it looks like so much food, I feel like I def leave a few items off the list.

I definitely eat alot especially when I know I've worked out or I am on my feet for hours. It's weird though because I know people who don't count calories probably don't eat as much as I do. I think I eat more since I started counting!

yeah, yesterday i felt like a bedtime snack so i treated myself to a pack of oreos (there were 4 in there) and a tbsp of peanut butter. Omg, someone should've told me how extremely addictive and much better tasting oreos are when smothered in that stuff! I had the 4, feeling a little bad, but i got up to 1850 cals that day, which isn't a 'binge' at all, its around my maintenance limit

does anyone here feel like that alot? Like, you want to eat something and you do but afterwards you think, wow, did i really just eat 4 cookies? Idk, it just seems like a lot when ive eaten one in the past and stopped before!
one day i eat a ton, the next day i eat barely enough. this is pretty much how my life goes. it's really annoying.
