I thought it would be fun to have a topic highlighting top foods for the day:
1. Favorite thing you ate [taste]
2. Best thing you think you ate to help you reach your goals [weight gain, health, and for the ED thing what might have helped you fight that]
Reason: 10/18/09: Stickied for a short time; 11/20/09: Unstickied
(taste) maple and brown sugar oatmeal
(recovery) high-calorie banana bread

it was pretty rich and buttery tasting, atleast more-so than what i am used to, but at 610 calories a slice it was worth it! :)
happy eating everyone! xoxo
Taste: Sultana Bran with flaked Almonds and Rice Milk. EPIC!
Recovery: Double quarter Pounder with a medium chips (because dammit, sometimes you just can't be bothered making lunch and want to go on a Macca's run! And that's what NORMAL HEALTHY people do from time to time, go and eat a greasy fast food meal and then move on with their life, they don't even count out the calories in the rest of their days meals so as to make sure it 'balances out' and I wont do that either. I may even eat pizza later. Cause I can :P)
Taste - the chocolate coins i was carrying around with me last night! (i was totally dressed as a pirate for halloween hah)
Recovery - I BAKED THIS MORNING:):):) HUGE step. I baked a cinnamon teacake, verrry proud of myself

2) Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell :)
This is for yesterday, cause today isnt too impressing:
1. I made vegan chili with three types of beans, corn and fake meat. Delicious!
2. After working out yesterday with my boyfriend he asked if i was hungry. Despite just having worked out I allowed him to cook food involving olive oil and pasta and had some, rather than not eating cause it would "undo" the workout.
1. Well, I enjoy oatmeal alot. :)
2. I think full fat cottage cheese has helped me alot in my recovery...it's not high calorie or anything, but the high protein really made a difference I think. also, it has a lot of good vitamins.
taste: greek yogurt and berries, yum!
recovery: my first gnocchi in two years. I had it with some homemade basil pesto, and pine nuts. mmm...
