I don't miss anything, I eat all of it, in moderation.  I had pizza just a few days ago.  It's working so far. =]
me too..i don't really miss anything..use to eat KFC/PIZZA HUT/MCDONALD alot before but never really miss it..but if want to think about miss,i think i miss pizza hut mushroom soup..
I make my own pizza.... also my own indian and chinese foods to replace the takeaways that made me incredibly fat in the past :-)   In each case I bring down the fat content and try to get as much fibre and extra vegetables in as possible.

Don't sit pining for your old favourites.  There are no 'bad foods' just 'bad diets'.
I don't miss anythng either because I eat everything I like.  Somethings I eat rarely and othe things I eat regularly in smaller quantities.

I really miss eating icecream and some cheeses, but the reason I can't eat them is because I'm lactose intolerant, not because I eat healthy.  If I could eat dairy I would still eat them.

You can eat pizza especially if you make you own.
I miss 32 ounce dairyqueen blizzards
I try to make room for most things in my lifestyle, so that I never feel deprived... yeah, even the "bad for you stuff" like pizza... but certain things are just so high in calories or so packed with trans fat that they're just not worth it to me, though I miss them dearly.  Like:

-Giant cinnabons (the big size, dripping with icing)

-Large banana shakes from Sonic (hell, even the small is almost 600 calories)

-The full hibachi combination dinner from my favorite japanese place, with heaping helpings of oily fried rice drenched in shrimp sauce.  I still go there sometimes, but I eat a fraction of what I used to, and I don't use any of that delicious fattening shrimp sauce.
I miss pints of ben & jerry's and haagen dazs ice cream. That's it.

Like some others have said, I also try to eat most things just in moderation.  Though, there are ones I completely avoid unless I can split them with someone (mainly those dessert-y things you find at starbucks, etc type places that go for 600cals for a tiny bite lol).

Overall, what I miss most is not having to count calories! haha.

i don't really think about what i'm missing... it only depresses me... and if i really really "miss" something, or crave it, i only have a small piece of it or a healthier form of it. for example, when i crave chocolate, i have those chocolate flavored rice cakes :)

and fast food just tastes poopy to me... if i want to splurge, its going to be on the good stuff...

I miss nachos....and garlic toast.

i just miss the convienience and the cheapness
I miss french fries! I was at a ski hill this weekend and decided that I could splurge a little since I was putting my legs through torture all day (and having a blast, of course). But! the fries were soggy and cold and really not worth it. :(

May I suggest taking a la tortilla factory tortilla, spreading it sauce and fat free cheese. 150 calorie pizza.

Nacho girl--15 baked tostios and fat free cheese in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. 180 calories.

Fry girl--sweet potato fries!

Yep, sweet potato fries are awesome. But they still feel like cheating... are they really any better for me?

I really miss SWEETS!!!

pizza is by far my FAVOURITE food <33333.

haven't eaten it in weeks..

I'm going to miss that one too :(:(:(.

Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies. I can't be happy with one or two. I tell myself one day I'm going to set aside 900 calories just for that!!!

Naturalife chocolate toffee covered peanuts.

The bag says 440 cal for a 1/4 cup. Neither peanuts, chocolate or toffee are anything near that for a full 1/4 cup alone, so I'm SURE the bag is mislabeled, but I just can't do it. I hope hubbie finishes the bag soon.

When I'm missing pizza, I have one of those bottles with the build-in grinder of pizza spices.  I use the pizza spices in my Egg Beaters and add fat free mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, etc. and for a crust, I wrap it in a high fiber, whole wheat tortilla.  Of course if you compare it to pizza, it blows, but it is a pizza-style flavor.  My other substitute is pizza salad made with low-fat turkey, fat free cheese, pizza spices, salsa, lettuce and fat free sour cream.  And if it's a very low fat day overall, I take the liberty of adding a healthy fat with homemade guacamole.

I miss pie--any kind, especially the crust.

Now while I'm here, could I ask for some volunteer help? Where do I learn how to insert my own question--I'm a new blogger and can't find it in the Helps.  Also how do I get friends...I ask because I rec'd a notice that I could only send one letter a day because I didn't have friends.  I'm sure this is simple, but like a lot of things in life, they are simple or impossible.  good day, Hectarine

I don't miss anything; instead I've found some great new foods that I love!  I had no idea who deep my love was for broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and tomatos, as well as all other veggies!  I'm glad that I'm finally realizing how delicious they are!
Auntie Annes Cinnamon pretzels, Homestlye chicken sandwiches from Wendy's, Cookies 'n' Cream Hershey's Bars, and Pizza (although I do still have pizza every now and then).
