Dairy: plain yogurt, cottage cheese, goat cheese, eggs/egg whites, ice cream/frozen yogurt

Meats/Proteins: Chicken, bison, turkey, tempeh, salmon & halibut

Fats/Sweets/Oils: nut butters (esp. peanut), olive oil, flax seed, hemp seed, cashews

 

Grains: Whole wheat pitas, oatmeal, Ezekiel bread, quinoa, and wheat berries.
