Where is the food ID?

"You can specify any item from our database to be used as an ingredient by entering its ID in square brackets

1 cup milk [88683]"

That's all well and good but how do you find its ID? The only way I know is to click, 'Report a Bad Grade' and then copy it from there and go back. But two out of the three ingredients I used don't have a grade so how am I supposed to enter them?

Any help would be much appreciated. I want to make and save this recipe because I like making and drinking it. =) Thanks guys!

Look at the end of the URL.  The number at the end of the address is the ID.
