food log doesn't work anymore!

anyone else have this happening?

I'm having a problem with the food log and get the following message. 

Please fix the following problems and retry:

·Invalid food weight (grams) entered.

I've been using the log for 9 months and never had to enter grams.  Just for example 1 hard boiled egg and grams fill in without manual entry.

I had a CC account for years and never had this problem.  Recently, I resumed using CC and have this same problem CONSTANTLY.  I know it isn't my Internet connection, because I encounter the issue on different computers in multiple locations.

I've been having that problem too.  Then the 2nd time it finally manually enters the grams. Very annoying.

Happens to me everday. I end up putting in the grams myself because you can see the number "ghosted" but in th background so I just type in that number. but it is annoying.

I get that message every once in a while, but I just hit ENTER one more time and it's okay then.

I sent a help request to CC because mine never works unless I put in the grams manually

Sorry for this inconvenience.   The Technical team are investigating this error. Could you please tell us if this is happening with database items, manually added items, or both?  Also it would be very helpful if you could provide a screen shot of this error and email it to: team@calorie-count.com

It happens when you change the serving size of a tagged item (or an item you are adding again).

It does not auto-populate the new weight, so the first time you hit add to food log, it kicks back the error of no weight entered.  When you are back at it, it will then auto-populate and you are good to go.

If you manually enter the change in weight, then it is fine.

A perfect example is bananas as it has half a dozen possible servings in the drop down box.

This happens to me every once in a while, too.  All I do is hit ENTER a second time, and it accepts it with no problem.

sorry to hear.  Mine just started to work.  Wonder if they are working on yours?

Hi All - apologies for the difficulties.  We have just made some changes which should hopefully address this issue.  For those of you that have had issues - can you confirm they are fixed?

I'm working fine.

Mine seems to be working again.

Mine does same thing but on my blackberry and it doesn't show the add buttons I have to guess where it  is. I hate that it doesn't work properly on the go because I stopped logging my food because of it.
