I find it hard to enter everything that I consumed for the day into the food log. I assume it doesn't have to be accurate or does it. Thank You.
It depends. If you want to get an acurate amount of calories that you have eaten, then you need to weigh and measure everything and enter it accurately. If you only want to get an estimate.... then just estimate. Your calorie count will be as accurate as you make it.
Accuracy will help to get an idea of where you need to cut back and give you a better all around picture of your eating habits. It is indeed hard to weigh and measure everything. After a couple of weeks I got better at knowing the general oz of the food after looking at it. When in doubt I over-estimate.
Hello! Thank you for your advice. I'll try it out and see how it goes.
