Food log -new member questions

You can enter a ton of information about a food, and enter all your foods into the food log for the day.  How do I see the total nutritional content for a day, or possibly even a period?  I have tried the analysis tab, but that just gives me the general break downs, not everything.

Also, in the adding a recipe section, it lets you specify an amount as well as the product, with the ability to specify using the [###] the exact food you want to enter.  Is there a way to do this with the food log, so that you can just say 1 apple[69444] to mean 1 Granny Smith apple?  I find that extremely helpful in the recipe section.

Once I have an entry in the food log, how can I see what amount I put?  I can see I put in peas by looking at the food log, but have no way of knowing what quantity I put.  Can you edit the amount for a day you entered?

The last question, is with a recipe.  I entered a recipe, and wanted to enter 1.5 servings, but couldn't figure out how to do this other than adding 1 normally, then adding a second 1 and halving all the values myself.  Is there a better way to do this?

Thanks for any help!
