Food Log Question

Quote  |  Reply

I have manually added the nutrition information for several food items, but I don't see a way to adjust the number of servings consumed.

If I've eaten more than one serving of what I've entered manually, should I just use the "add again" feature to get up to the amount of servings, or is there a better way to do this?

THANKS!!!

I generally just add it in as many times as needed, since I don't want to miscalculate the nutritional information.

It also makes it look like I ate more than I did that day, for less calories.

LOL

I need all the psychological tricks I can get!
I add foods manually as well but my issue is that I sometimes consume less than the serving size listed on the nutrition facts. Like I eat 1/2 a slice of cheese in my sandwich. How do I reduce the amount?
I would weigh the cheese and add it in on my Add a Food link -- figure out how much half a sandwich is, how much a whole sandwich is with half a slice of cheese, etc., whatever the exact thing is you are eating, tag it with a description for that particular thing and then use that food tag when I eat that thing again.
