Food that no longer exists that you wish did :(

When I was young, in the early 80's there was a cereal called Donutz.  It was like tiny crunchy powdered donuts.  I wish so bad that I had a box of them today, but they quit making them soon after.    :(

Does anyone remember a fast food place called 'Hot Now'? It was better than any fast food place out there now, but it's gone now :(

Or Squeezit juice bottles? They where this weird koolaid stuff that was packaged in squeezable plastic bottles that had faces.

At Denny's you could order a simple soup and sandwhich for cheap, now you ask for a sandwhich on wheat bread (not slathered in butter, oil, fat, mayo, etc) and they look at you funny. And the pot roast dinners there. Those are gone too.

Alexia had these amazing multigrain frozen dinner rolls, but for some reason they got rid of them. =/

OOOooooo Ya McDonalds pizza was  great.  I also miss Lime Crush soda.  Actually I think you can still get it in some places but no one in my area has carried it in years.  Really miss that one.

There used to be chips called Cruncheroos. They were so good- really thick cut and fried for so long that they would've been translucent were they not so heavily coated in BBQ flavoring.

PoP Shoppe pop was a favorite- it's still around in some places. We saw it in a store about a year ago and bought a bunch of bottles to give to my family as part of their Christmas gift.

Crunchies cereal- it was like sugar coated Cheerios with pieces of Crunchy chocolate bar in it.

Speaking of chocolate bars, I haven't seen Special Crisp in a very long time.

Jr. Crisp Burritos, from Carls Jr. ... little deep-fried burritos that were to die for! And Taco Flavor Doritos ... oh man, those were fantastic!

I miss nutri-grain twist bars. They're like 2 different flavors like cream cheese and strawberry twisted together in a single nutri-grain bar... I want one so bad right now =( 

Taco Doritos are still here in the US. They rock and my "evil" (JK)  hubby eats them in bed at night when we are watching TV, I can smell them and it's sooooo hard not to attack the bag.

Not that I would buy them if they came out again but I used to really love the Planter's brand cheez balls that came in a can.

I wasn't missing anything until I read all the freakin posts :)

Now I want it all.....clear pepsi, donutz, and I remember lovin those little carnation breakfast bars!  Does anyone remember (and I was SO little so I don't know what they were called) these frozen pizza things that you would pop in the toaster?  I think they were round -

Oh, man. I miss godfathers pizza! The taco pizza was awesome! We haven't had it where I live for about 7 years now and it sucks. They got rid of little ceasars too. I don't eat pizza much anymore from chains, it's just not any good anymore.

Minute maid used to make this frozen fruit things that you had to squeeze from the bottom to eat. I wish I could find those again, I haven't seen them in years.

Lipton stopped selling individual peach teas in the store, which drives me nuts. They package it differently and sale it in bulk (they still did the last time I noticed anyway) but it never tasted like it used to. Bah!

 Do you live in Canada (like me)? They still sell it in The States. We're also missing Fruity Pebbles!

I hate how some things are region specific! I cannot find Diet vanilla coke anywhere!!! I miss a certain type of House brand tofu. It was a small, brownish brick that came vaccumm packed. It had about 200 calories and it was really delicious. I cannot find it anywhere, not even the website, grr!!!! If anyone knows where I can find it I would really appreciate it!!!

As for McDonald's Pizza, I have seen it in several European countries/airports, so if you are travelling maybe you can get your fix?!?!

they used to have those salads at mcdonalds in the cups that u would just shake w/ the dressing...those were pretty good

also there was this one cereal my mom used to buy that i think was shaped like cinnamon rolls and had honey. don't remember the name though but i loved it.
