For me it's ice cream. If I get it, I'll go through a whole 1/2 gallon in one night, so I've learned not to buy it, so I don't go crazy with it.

it used to be cheerios.. any kind... regular, fruity, honey nut.. I've eaten half a box before... but not anymore :)

chips...

definitely chips, it's the sickest thing ever with me - I truly believe that if I was given unlimited access to chips, I would eat them until I actually exploded.  There is absolutely NO cutoff point with me, no feeling of being full, no feeling of having had enough.  ever.  So yes, I keep chips out of the house, except for plain and rather uninspiring (no cheesy flavor, no cool ranch, no bbq, etc. etc.) tortilla chips that I will eat sometimes on weekends, but only after I have literally counted out a portion and put it into a little bowl, and then put the bag away.   Otherwise, the entire bag would be down the hatch.....

Surprisingly string cheese and wheat thins.  They're not even my favorite foods.    Give me a favorite like pizza and I can have an appropriate amount and then stop.  But if there's a bag of string cheeses in the house, I will eat *all* of them!  I am completely unable to stop myself.  Same with wheat things, I'll tell myself, "ok, here's my one serving" and then put the box away.  Wont work, I'll keep eating and eating until it's all gone.  I simply am unable to have those foods in the house.

HOME MADE ENCHILADAS!

and cupcakes/cookies oh boy.

Carbs. I love chips, and more recently, pretzels (Snyder's of Hanover Honey Mustard and Onion...so salty and delicious Cry). I love bakery breads, white, wheat, whole grain, all of 'em. Other carbohydrates like rice and pasta are sometimes an issue, but chips and baguettes almost always get the better of me.

Oh yeah. And cereal. Blasted things. Without fail, I'll have 3 servings in one go.

That's me to a tee! my girlfriends brought over a bag of dorito's nacho cheese (then ones that turn your fingers orange and you just know they are all fat and salt)  I ate almost the entire bag while I made us a very healthy well planned dinner.... blarg!

cheese.....

Enough said.

omg, I loooooooove Doritos, they are probably my favorite, but really anythng supersalty and crunchy  that leaves your fingertips greasy and orange is ok with me.  In my younger, fatter days, I would think absolutely nothing of eating almost an entire bag of Doritos as an after school snack...and then have dinner.  and sometimes dessert.

uggghhhhhhhhhhh
