I eat the low cal jelly thats 10 cals a pot, i would probably never have eaten that if i wasnt trying to lose weight, its nice though.
I would probably eat regular chips instead of baked and regular ice cream instead of the light.

I'd also use butter..mmmm... lots and lots of butter!
I would not eat fat free cheese if I was not on a diet.  I can barely eat it on a diet.  Some things should simply not exist and that's one of them LOL.

I am one of those "life-style changers" but I think I can answer this too seeing as though I had to make some changes. Here are the things I eat now which I probably wouldn't have eaten last year...

1. black beans

2. fat free, no sugar added ice cream

3. hummus with raw veggies

4. salmon burgers

5. olive oil (I just didn't really know what I would do with it and that it was good for me)

6. splenda or artificial sweetner (I try to limit this but if I go to a restaurant I get a diet coke which I never...I mean NEVER...would have gotten before)

7. whole wheat pasta and brown rice (I like them a lot but I would have never chosen it over enriched flour until now)

whole wheat pasta, now I love it!

Plain yogurt, I buy the quart size and make my own "flavored" yogurt or use in a breakfast smoothie. Sometimes I just down a big spoonful like medicine and figure it's nothing but good for my gut!

Baked chips

sf popsicles

what is a mustard diet?
same with me on the brown foods (whole wheat stuff). some people are so dead-set on the normal white bread and pasta, but really i think they both taste just about the same, if not exactly the same.

also, i don't think i woulda tried sugar free strawberry preserves (could eat the whole jar), cottage cheese, La Tortillas, lower sugar oatmeal, Luna Bars and the Frozen Trio (lean cuisine, smart ones, healthy choice). now i love 'em all
Ditto for me on whole wheat bread, and also on plain yogurt. It's not something I would have even considered eating before, but now I love mixing Fiber One, some chopped nuts, and fruit together with plain yogurt and calling it breakfast. Mmmm~!

I also order entree salads at restaurants now, whereas before I would have gone with the burger (blech)... and you know what? The salads taste better. lol.
Vegetables in general... They gross me out but they also fill me up. Also I now eat yogurt instead of pudding, but the only kind of yogurt I can handle is the sugary fat-free flavored kinds [anything with the distinct yogurt-y taste still gags me]. Oh and I refused to touch bananas for most of my life but now I love them. =]
I would eat a lot less vegetables. I like vegetables even when I'm not 'dieting', but they fill me up so much that I can't eat the rest of a meal.
Regarding "What is a mustard diet?", meant to say "On a diet, I use mustard to squelsh my appetite..."
