Which food can you not stop eating once you started...
Mine was oreo's. I cannot buy them anymore because once I start eating them, there is no end. What about you?
Reason: Released as sticky
honey bunches of oats, oreos, and ice cream, as well as cake and anything that is a dessert really.......ED are a terrible thing.
kashi go-lean. people tell me it takes like cardboard, but its just so crunchy and orgasmic with soymilk...
Any sweets, especially candy or ice cream. I need to get them in small amounts because I eat what I put in front of me, so a big bowl of ice cream would be gone in an instant.
pumpkin seeds, I can't keep them in the house because i will eat them even after i have made myself sick.
Pretty much anything salty & crunchy....popcorn, pretzels, chips.
greek yogurt, cottage cheese, any kind of fruit, any kind of cereal...
Natural Peanut Butter right out of the processor... the health food store in my city called Old Fashioned Foods makes it fresh in store, and if you get it right after it's been blended it's so nice and warm and heavenly!! and it's just peanuts, nothing else!!
I have to take it home and put it in the fridge so that it hardens a bit, or else it's just waaaay too easy to eat the entire container. (once it's hard it loses a lot of it's creamy appeal)
If I could eat only one thing for the rest of my life, peanut butter would be it.. but ONLY the natural kind, and WITHOUT SALT (i hate salt!!)
Baked ham right out of the oven or in the fridge or on the counter. If there is ham around I can't stop picking at it until it is all gone.
ice cream...fro yo...soft serve...sherbert. you get the idea.
Animal crackers. I keep on picking handful out.
I had 16 servings for 16 days.. its been 9 days and its gone! haha. =_=
Also big packs of cookies- i get individual wrapped ones for a good reason.
Chips & Salsa or Guacamole. Big time. My husband is from the southwest so we always used to eat them all the time cuz it reminded him of home. We would go to mexican resturants that offered free bottomless Chips & Salsa and we'd have to warn the waiter "You're going to have to refill this a LOT so you might wanna just bring it out two baskets at a time"
Its hard now. A couple nights ago, I made guacamole (avacados is healthy fat so I din't feel so bad about that) found the healthiest blue corn chips that I could find, and weighed out my portions carefully. I couldn't believe how small a serving is. I probably ate 10 times that much before. It was hard but I succeeded. I dunno if I'll ever be able to do to a mexican resturant again...I just don't have the will power to say no those thin warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa....
Despite being a healthy eater…. (no refined sugar or etc)….
Almond butter. Or PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the foods I would also eat for the rest of my life, and not get sick of!
AND
I can eat a large amount of expensive/good quality cheese!
Locally hand made goats and sheep runny, soft bree - like cheese from my area is the cheese I can just eat the whole package of (about 130grams - 500 calories worth, not even that much, a typical sized meal for me)
AND
Don’t eat cereal now - but when I did, CEREAL loL!!!!!!!
In the morning, cold milk and crunchy cereal is the most refreshing, tasty thing ever… and if I have nothing better to keep me occupied, it is VERY EASY to want to keep eating more lol!
Natural Peanut butter.. on freshly home-baked bread.. it goes all gooey and warm and runny and nutty and ohh.. fabulous.
Cheese and also cookies. I try to stay away. Last night I actually had 1oz of cheese with out wanting more lol. Maybe it was because I was at work and others were eating the cheese too haha
salted cashews....i can only buy the individual pack from the gas station because if i buy a tin it will be gone within two days
Definitely pistachios...
These doritos that are blazin buffalo/ranch.
Pancakes
lemon bars ![]()
cheeseburgers.
ribs
lasagna
leftover birthday cake.
I do much better now though.
Food.
Ha!
Oh man...Ritz Crackers and Kraft Singles American Cheese! once I get a roll torn open, and I make my little slices of cheese to fit perfectly on the cracker, it's over because I'll have ran out of the cheese, and I say.."Oh I have more crackers left, I better go grab another slice of cheese. Pathetic I know!!
