Which food can you not stop eating once you started...

Mine was oreo's.  I cannot buy them anymore because once I start eating them, there is no end.  What about you?

peanuts bars with honey in them chewy and sticky.

I'm with heatherparks. Chips and salsa. I make homemade fresh salsa, and no matter how hot it is, I can't stop. My new trick is to make cucmber slices with salt and use them in place of the chip. You get the crunch, the salt, and the salsa flavor and it's a pretty good substitute.

Also, any kind of jalapeno kettle chips. I once ate an entire bag of hoppin' jalapeno crunch tators (back when they still made them) and I got the worst earache! lol

And then there are french fries...I skip all fast food places because I can't bring myself not to order the largest fry order possible and then eat the entire thing. I can't even tell you the last time I had a french fry....

that’s exactly why some people cannot eat cereal. If there if milk left over, out comes more cereal!

I attacked my weakness last night and today too…

Had about 3 decent tbsp’s of that almond butter, which I dipped in strawberries (more almond than strawberries haha)

And an hour or so ago,  I had a few more tbsp’s for a “ snack”   (even though it is a high cal snack, or a small sized meal)

I USED to be bad with nuts - but now I have a large handful most days, therefore I get enough of them and never feel like over doing it.

Corn cruskits.... dry.

Must want the carbs

PB, raisins,.

Chocolate (dark), choc chip cookies, and peanut butter Tongue out

Muenster cheese

Pirate's Booty (that aged cheddar flaky crunchy type goodness)

Tortilla chips and salsa!

Jalapeno peppers. I can polish off an entire jar in one sitting!

That's a great idea!  I cannot stop eating chips and salsa either.  It seems the hotter the salsa, the more I have to eat to keep my mouth from lighting on fire...haha.  One more thing.  Kit kats.  I cannot even look at them anymore.  They're so crispy and chocolaty.

Popcorn!  I don't eat popcorn at the movies anymore b/c there is nothing to stop me from ordering the largest bucket there is- and I will just absently shovel it into my mouth while I'm watching the movie.

I could seriously eat it until I'm sick.

My weaknesses: Honey Nut Cheerios, pistachios, M & Ms, and blueberries!

I'm with everyone on the peanut butter-although I have gotten much better. I would go through a small sized jar last year in about a week, most just by eating a spoonful here, and a spoonful there-especially the time my and my roommate bought this like cinnamon raisin peanut butter. Literally i think it made it a little over a week. Nutella is harder for me now, I can have a spoonful or 2 of pb and be done with it now, but nutella oh man.

Wheat thins and cheese-they are just so crispy and delicious and with the cheese, mm such a good combo.

Peanut m&m's (my roommates and I have started to buy the little individual 90 cal bags now which actually helps a ton!)

The one time of year (christmas) that mother bakes her chocolate chip cookies-they are the best choc. chips i have ever had-and the dough might be even more addicting than the cookies.

Defiantly ice cream. I HAVE to buy the preportioned kind or else I am screwed Tongue out

I have certain, erm, portion problems with plenty of desserts. But weirdly enough, its the chocolate covered graham crackers that truly get me. Particularly the homemade ones I make. Its a combination of melted chocolate and peanut butter poured over graham crackers, with a white chocolate swirl. I can't make these very often....it's not pretty.

Chocolate filled wafer sticks are pretty bad too.

nutella, almond butter

gahhh so good. I don't buy jars of those very often because I know they will be gone by the end of the week. Tongue out also frozen bananas.

As of right now... CHARLESTON CHEWS! UGH!

So far, chocolate mint brownie ice cream, chocolate fudge brownie frozen yogurt, cookies and cream ice cream, cookie dough ice cream...anybody see a trend here?

I'venever really had peanut butter. Never tried almond butter or nutella, they must be a very American thing. Hahaha, craving carbs and fats seems very common! Hope these cereal lovers don't skip breakfast, it could all be psychological! hahaha.

Well I'm not going to start the nutty spreads now incase I do get binge-esque with them. Better not to know what I'm missing!

Ice cream, peanut butter, chips and salsa, salted nuts, homemade cookies
