Can anyone suggest me a low fat and low fat calorie break fast and dinner.. calories sud be arround 200 ....

slice of whole grain toast with 2 tbs of no added sugar fruit spread and cup of skim milk

light yogurt and a banana

for dinner some nights, I like to take peeled raw shrimp and saute them in a pan with some PAM (or olive oil) and spices (old bay, wye river, seafood seasoning, etc)...worcestershire sauce adds a nice flavor as well. it's a great source of lean protein, plus large shrimp are only about 10 cals a piece!
breakkies:

no or low-fat yogurt with kashi go lean on top mmmmm

homemade waffle dipped in no or low fat yogurt

dinners:

grilled chicken/beef/seafood on top of mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and top with low fat dressing or 1 tbs balsamic vinegar

A large bowl of vegetable soup - just cook veggies in chicken or beef broth and eat all you want. 
Half a cup of oatmeal cooked in water with some peanut butter (a teaspoon). It's warm, filling and takes a long time to eat. Also, the mix of fat and carbs makes it satiating.
My favorite breakfast is 1/2 cup of egg beaters, a light slice of whole wheat bread with spray butter and a dab of peanut butter, then a cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar free caramel creamer.  It comes to 210 calories but has protein and good carbs to tide me over for the entire morning.

And I am actually eating a real breakfast.

Medium baked potato.  Top it with Corn, beans and Tomatoes (frozen vegetables, I know Pictsweet makes it).  THen top with three tablespoons of salsa and three tablespoons of fat-free sour cream. 
200 calories is not very much...are you really sure you want that small of a meal?

For me 200 calories is a snack! LOL, and I still only eat around 1500 calories per day.
Omelet made with 2 large eggs, use non-stick spray in replace of butter, I always put in 1/2 slice of cheese and 1 whole slice of 98% fat free ham,  2 sliced mushrooms with a sprinkle of garlic on them.  cals here 230...

(3) Tyson chicken strips cut up some onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.. Use season salt and garlic.. Small salad.
Favorite Breakfast: 1/2 cup warm Quaker Oat Bran cereal, 1/4 cup bluberries w/ 3 medium strawberries. The oat bran is warm and filling while the berries give it a natural sweet taste. Oat bran is around 150 calories, blueberries 20 and strawberries 17.
