I am becoming to hate food because what I am eating is not helping me with my weight loss.  I can't seem to get it right.  I need some ideas and suggestions on what I could eat.  I am tired of eating the same ol foods.  I eat oatmeal, egg whites, veggies, salads, wheat bread not much of a variety.   I want to try to eat tofu and other healthy things I just don't know how to cook them.  Any ideas would be great.

Thanks in advance

There are online diet companies you can join for a fee which can provide you with suggested meal plans.  Because of the time of year you can get a discount with a lot of them.   It's not a bad way to inject some interest in your diet.

If you don't want to pay you could look at something like this meal plan suggestion from Tesco.  http://www.tesco.com/health/food/meal_plans/d efault.page  It's not tailor-made to your calorie-needs or tastes but it's not a bad way to start.

Next idea... get some recipe books out, find things you like the look of and put the ingredients in the CC recipe analyser.  All foods are healthy so don't limit yourself to oatmeal and egg-whites (yuk). Play around with the quantities until you get to the right calories and then save the recipe for another day.  Or use the CC recipe database to find recipes other members have saved.
