Favorite breakfast: French toast sticks from Burger King on the healthy side egg whites w/ spinach, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Mmmm

Favorite fruit/veggie: Banana/mushroom and red & yellow bell peppers

Favorite sweet: Ice Cream and cheesecake

Favorite source of protein: Skinless boneless chicken breasts

Favorite carb: Any type of bread and potatoe

Favorite fat: Milk

Favorite "diet" food: Spinach salads  Love em'!!! 

Favorite drink: Green or White tea and sodas  <--- Water when I'm in the health freak stages

Favorite overall food:  Frito Pie 

Food you hate most: Kashi... Everything tastes like cardboard!  Too healthy for me : /

What fun - I saw lots of pizza/Italian food lovers out there... if I could have any one dieting prayer answered it would be to learn moderation... but when it's bread, when it's pizza, when its something with lots of flavor... I just want more.  Prefer salt to sweet, but would never turn down real, homemade peach pie. That's why I can count calories until the cows (laughing or not) come home and I will still overeat.

Favorite breakfast: Soft-boiled egg on plain wheat toast.  Little salt, little pepper.  Yum!

Favorite fruit/veggie: Fruit, nectarines.  Veggie, Red bell pepper.

Favorite sweet: haha... ALL of them.  Depends on my mood, usually gummy candy.  Or like a fruit dessert if I'm doing it myself.  Apple crisp, or what-not.

Favorite source of protein: mmm... steak.


Favorite carb: Bow-tie Pasta

Favorite fat: Olive Oil!

Favorite "diet" food: Plain baby carrots with no dressing.

Favorite drink: mmm... lemonade or limeade.  (Or add gin and call it a Tom Collins.  Or add tequila and call it a margarita.)

Favorite overall food: Bow-tie pasta tossed with olive oil, black pepper, chopped red bell pepper, and canned tuna. 

Food you hate most: Is there any?  I'm gonna say squash.  It made me gag for the longest time.  I'm just getting so I can eat it again in certain ways.  Pumpkin Pie, tho?  Blech!

Favorite breakfast:  A big 'ol southern breakfast to include any of the following - eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, grits, crispy home fries... Not that I ever eat this though, unless I'm on vacation or have it for dinner.  Innocent

Favorite fruit/veggie:  Fresh ripe cantaloupe, strawberries and watermelon. / I haven't met a veggie I didn't like.  I LOVE them all.

Favorite sweet:  Carrot cake - homemade of course. 

Favorite source of protein:  Originally from the East Coast, I love ALL seafood and fish.  Next in line, chicken and soy.

Favorite carb:  Sweet potato fries or a loaf of fresh bread.

Favorite fat:  Tortilla chips (w/ salsa).

Favorite "diet" food:  Lean Cuisine. 

Favorite drink:  Ice Tea 

Favorite overall food:  There are two foods that I can not get enough of - sushi & pizza, though never together.  Tongue out

favorite sweet: birthday cake, the corner peice with lots of icing.

favorite diet food: lean cuisine either the meat loaf or hunan beef stir fry

favorite drink: regular coke (even though its terrible for you)
