Favorite breakfast: Special K Strawberry Waffles and Sugarfree Syrup

Favorite fruit/veggie: Fruit- Mango, Pear, or Pineapple. Veggie- Squash

Favorite sweet: Rita's Italian Ice / Misto

Favorite source of protein: Baked Salmon

Favorite breakfast: scramble w/ eggs & tons of veggies and a little cheese.  or a homemade breakfast burrito. or cereal w/ vanilla soy milk.

Favorite fruit/veggie: fruit - mango or berries, veggie - asparagus.

Favorite sweet: frozen yogurt.

Favorite source of protein: a good steak.  or salmon filets.

Favorite carb: i love them all...it's terrible.

Favorite fat: cream cheese or cheese in general.

Favorite "diet" food: frozen grapes.

Favorite drink: water, skim milk, mint green tea, vanilla soy milk.

Favorite overall food: really good sandwiches.

Food you hate most: brussel sprouts, green olives, and more that aren't coming to mind.

Favorite breakfast: Oatmeal with: Plain soymilk, cinnamon, raisins, almonds, pumpkin, honey and an apple on the side


Favorite fruit/veggie: Bananas, avacado, grape tomatoes ( i eat them like most eat grapes!!!) and strawberries, Orange Juice, pumpkin, Yams, and......onions. And carrotts are good, and pineapple is THE BOMB  xD

Favorite sweet: Oj, Dark chocolate

Favorite source of protein: Alomnds, tofu and almond butter...and Chipotle beaked beans, only the best side dish EVER.

Favorite fat: PB and chocolate (not the milk crap, only dark!)

Favorite "diet" food: ewwww. i don't eat "diet" food..unless, lyk, rf sour cream is diet food...

Food you hate most: bacon...most fast food...and chips make me feel sick, because theuy are so greasy. And mayo makes me gag...

Favorite sweet: brownies (fat/sugar free made w/applesauce)

Favorite source of protein: egg whites w/ground lean meat (just food process it all together & it's like an omelet w/out chunks but more protein!)

Favorite carb: potato- god, i wish I could have one!

Favorite fat: ugh, only one i use is 1 tsp olive oil a day- tho i occassionally use 1/2 tbs olive oil mayo - so it's all meat fat!

Favorite "diet" food: fat free sugar free brownies!

Favorite drink: diet coke or grape propel

Favorite overall food: primerib/porterhouse w/mushrooms, potato (drool, i wish)

Food you hate most: iceberg lettuce (tastes like dirty water!)

                                    (1/4c eggbeaters, 1 slice FF cheese, 2 slices 40cal bread)

Favorite fruit/veggie:  I prefer a salad. Mandarin oranges are ok

Favorite carb: Popcorn, dry, airpopped and sprayed with a buttery spray

for some answers i put my "skinny" version first followd by my "fat" one cause my answers vary depending on if im dieting or not :)
